Its role
Discord is where the community lives. Operations are planned there, teams coordinate there, and new members arrive there first. The EHF Discord Bot exists to make that space work — handling the administrative and social layer so that humans can focus on the actual work.
It is not a chatbot or an assistant. It is a set of automated behaviours woven into the server — responding to the community's rhythm rather than waiting to be called upon.
The bridge between Discord and the foundation. Identities, roles, and permissions inside the server directly reflect a member's standing within the EHF ecosystem. The bot is part of how that coherence is maintained.

Manages the full intake process for new members — from first contact to role assignment — through structured ticket channels that keep the pipeline organised.
Voice organisation
Creates and dissolves private voice spaces on demand, so teams can gather, debrief, or coordinate without cluttering permanent channels.
Community animation
Provides shared audio experiences in voice channels, keeping the server alive between operations and giving members a reason to be present.
Server structure
Enforces channel permissions and role boundaries automatically, so the server's organisation reflects the foundation's hierarchy at all times.
